We currently only ship in the United States and do not offer international shipping at this time.

We do not accept any returns or issue refunds on orders. However, we really would love to hear your feedback on our journals! To help us make better products for you, please tell us here.

There is no way to return a digital product and therefore they are final sale. We do not issue refunds.
Digital versions of the journal and any Digital PDFs of a product or service cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Once your order has been placed you are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order.

In some cases, some of our products will be available for pre-order. If you decide to place a pre-order, you pay now and your order will be processed as soon as they are available. Pre-order delivery dates are just estimates and we are not responsible for any delays.

To track your package, please refer to your email for the tracking number when the shipment is placed.
We are not responsible for any shipping delays, incidents, or missing packages by the carrier.
However, in the rare event that you have any issues with your order, please use the contact form to notify us and we will do our best to resolve the situation. Please include: your name, the order date, order number, and any other relevant information regarding the issue.
